Thoughtful Turkey™ began as a family tradition shared by four cousins who, while growing up in different places, have always been connected by family, gratitude, and the traditions that bring us together.
We created Thoughtful Turkey™ to help families teach young children values such as kindness, togetherness, and service in ways that feel simple, meaningful, and fun around the Thanksgiving holiday.

From Our Table to Yours
Each year, as the four of us have met with our families for the week of Thanksgiving, we looked for ways to slow down, connect, and reflect on what the holiday truly means for us.
What started around our own dining tables has now grown into Thoughtful Turkey™, a tradition we hope will bring families closer.
Though we all live in different places (New York, Texas, Florida, California), Thanksgiving has always brought us back together. Each year, we come together at our grandparents’ homes in Miami for the week of Thanksgiving, carving out time to slow down and truly be present with one another.
Over time, our week together has become more than just Thanksgiving dinner. It is now a collection of meaningful traditions. We serve food at local shelters, pack goods at food pantries, and gather for (mostly friendly!) family soccer and tennis. Around the table, we share who and what we are grateful for, then change into matching pajamas, and end the evening with laughter, playing silly games and exchanging small, thoughtful gifts.
We know the history of Thanksgiving is not simple. However, for our family, it's a chance to slow down, be grateful for what we have and find ways to give back.
What began as an annual family reunion for us evolved into a tradition of gratitude through action, and our kit helps you join that tradition.
While we created Thoughtful Turkey™ with our younger cousins in mind, we encourage people of all ages to build these traditions together. They’re even more meaningful when siblings, parents, grandparents, and loved ones of all ages participate together.
We donate proceeds from each kit purchased to organizations we believe are making a meaningful impact.
